Miami Technical Diving is proud to offer training support to our Police and Fire Emergency Response Dive Teams. As ERDI Instructors, we Instruct your dive team in accordance with OSHA regulations to make sure you’re current on certification. We offer Public Safety Diver Levels I & II, with additional course in Full Face Mask and Dry Suit Ops, so you can be sure your team is ready for any call. These courses cover all the theory from arriving to and staging a scene, the roles of the different team members as well as best practice dive techniques. The dives include pool sessions for skills practice and OW scenarios in as realistic situations as possible.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE DIVER I
PUBLIC SAFETY DIVER 101
This first level ERD Course is designed to give the certified open water diver, or open water certified public safety diver, the skills to safely function as part of an OSHA and NFPA compliant dive team.
EMREGENCY RESPONSE DIVER II
ADVANCED LEVEL PUBLIC SAFETY
The ERD II Course furthers the public safety diver’s knowledge and advances skill sets for emergency response diving.

The ERD Dry Suit Ops Course develops the knowledge and skills that are necessary for dry suit diving operations in emergency response diving.
